Office Manager
We operate a Stone Yard, Quarry, Heavy Equipment, 4 acers of Tourism-show Garden and short-term holiday rentals. We are also planning some commercial construction over the coming years. This development will require long-term management. We need your help with information flow but more importantly to make imporvements according to best practice for offices.
We are offering fulltime work with a competitive salary and flexibile hrs.
The full time position is avaiable for some part time remote-work.
Maximum compensation avaible for strong office experience, preferrable in a constrcution setting, with an ability to help guide us into commercial development. Being self starting and able to problem solve is a must. 2-way communication skills are required both orally and written. We would have regualr communication, but also working alone for peroids and co-ordinating with our team is required.
Flexibility into non-management roles will be required: Book keeping, executive-assistant, project managemet, proposal writing, sales, purchasing, regulatory compliance.
Being overwork is not expected, so if work demands expand, we can hire additional office assistant staff.
Help us stay on top of regulatory compliance, help manage the flow of materials, parts.
Our office is located in pynns brook and nesteld in our 6 acer garden: A rural-setting with a cabin feel.
If you enjoy being outdoors, office breaks in the form of gardening is a way to unwind.
